What is a Lab?

A Redemptive Business Lab is a (42-hour) in-person experience designed for early-stage founders of for-profit businesses to accelerate and deepen the health and growth of their leadership and their venture. The time is designed towards the specific needs and opportunities of the founder while also providing meaningful intersections with peers, mentors, and program team members.

Charlotte has an abundance of resources for entrepreneurs looking to build a venture. What many founders still long for is a framework for what it practically looks like to build a venture redemptively, and a like-minded community with whom they can process the challenging parts. This lab delivers both the framework and the on-ramp into a community where you can be honest, vulnerable, and get the support you need.

Dates: Sept 29 - Oct 1

Location: Charlotte, NC in several wonderful venues across LOSO, Ballantyne, and Dilworth areas

Cost: $500 per venture

Who Should Apply: Founders who are all in on their venture, have launched with some revenue, are still early stage and have majority control over the business, have a vision for scalability, and a desire to build redemptively.
